Palmini's low-carb pasta and rice made with heart of palm. The original American products of the world's most famous producer of this type of pasta. There are many imitations but Palmini's products have something extra and it must be said that the success is deserved.

Each portion of this pasta has about 20 kcal and only 4g of carbohydrates and its strong point is the texture, very similar to "real" pasta.

The flavor is neutral and you can decide whether to make it softer by cooking it for a few minutes in boiling water or not. It absorbs the flavor of the sauce with which you cook it very well but if you want to further improve the consistency and taste I suggest you try to soak it for 15-30 minutes in milk and then rinse it again before using it.
