Ingredients for a pizza

1 Lo Dough pizza base

70g of squeezed and grated mozzarella

2 tablespoons of sour cream

50g of leeks finely sliced ​​and stewed with a spray of light spray oil

1 feta ham cut into strips

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 220°C

2. Mix the creme fraiche and half the cooked leeks and spread it all over the smooth side of the Lo-Dough base, spreading it evenly to the edge. Then sprinkle evenly with grated cheese.

3. Add the ham cut into strips and the remaining leeks

5. Bake for 7-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
