This recipe is from the creator of Ketomix so super tested. Pan-fried low-carb muffins
Ingredients for 8 scones
- 100g of Ketomix Universal
- 3 eggs
- 150ml of water
- 7g of yeast dissolved in water
- 50ml of olive oil
- salt
Preparation
1) Mix all the ingredients in the food processor.
2) Divide the dough into 8 balls, flour them lightly with the ketomix, so it doesn't stick to the work surface.
3) Now you can choose whether to form round scones, about 3 mm thick, or roll them out very thin.
4) Cook them in a non-stick pan, taking care not to burn them in the areas where the air bubbles have formed and swelled.
They keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days in a paper or plastic bag
