Keto Style Coffee Panna Cotta
Ingredients for 2-3 portions
- 300ml of cream
- 4 drops of Simply Keto Natural Vanilla Flavor
- 3-4 teaspoons of Simply Keto Coffee Milkshake mix
- 3 sheets of gelatin
- 20g of butter
Preparation
- Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes.
- Put the cream, butter, milkshake powder and vanilla flavoring in a saucepan and heat until boiling.
- Take sheet gelatin, add it to the hot mass and stir until completely dissolved (if you use agar agar, you need to simmer the milkshake mass with agar agar inside).
- Now pour the mixture into the bowls and put them in the refrigerator until they are solidified.
- You can top it all off with cocoa powder and coffee beans.
