Ingredients for 2-3 portions


  • Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes.
  • Put the cream, butter, milkshake powder and vanilla flavoring in a saucepan and heat until boiling.
  • Take sheet gelatin, add it to the hot mass and stir until completely dissolved (if you use agar agar, you need to simmer the milkshake mass with agar agar inside).
