Antioxidant mango banana smoothie

Ingredients for a smoothie:

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 80g of mango pieces
  • 33g of cauliflower rosettes
  • 180ml of vegetable milk
  • 1 small piece of fresh turmeric, chopped
  • 1 pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon sweetening syrup
  • 2 teaspoons of coconut oil
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of pepper (if you like)

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender, blend and enjoy!

Each smoothie: 349 kcal | 10,3g Fat | 54.9g Carbs (44.4g Sugars and 4.1g Fiber) | 8.1g Protein
