The no-bake chocolate cookie recipe leaves everyone a bit perplexed but if you try it you won't be able to do without it anymore, one leads to another. Sugar-free, vegan and lactose-free they are suitable for everyone.
Ingredients for 22 biscuits:
- 25g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 160g of gluten-free instant oats
- 1 pinch of salt
- 125g of peanut butter
- 170g of honey (or equivalent sweetening syrup)
- 57g of coconut oil
- A pinch of vanilla extract
Optional:
- Chocolate chips or grated coconut
Preparation :
- You can decide to proceed in two ways, either by mixing everything cold in a container on the stove so that the butters melt (removing from the heat as soon as they begin to melt) or by melting the butters separately and then adding them to the other cold ingredients in a bowl (I prefer this method even if it gets more dirty dishes)
- Allow the mixture to cool until it is compact enough to form balls with your hands. Arrange them on a tray covered with baking paper, flatten them slightly to make them more biscuit-shaped and put them in the fridge.
