Lamb is a tradition at Easter but how to cook it if you don't have much time and are on a diet? Here is an excellent (and very fast) method that uses air fryer cooking, a truly excellent appliance that allows you to cook many dishes with little seasoning and an optimal yield.
The recipe is very easy but if, like me, you are not very savvy in the kitchen, try it and you will be amazed at the goodness of lamb chops cooked like this.
Lamb chops in an air fryer
Ingredients for 4 people
- 4 medium sized lamb chops
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- Aromatic herbs to taste (definitely rosemary)
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°
- Grease the ribs well with oil and pass them in the mix of aromatic herbs, salt and pepper
- Arrange the ribs in the air fryer in a single layer and make sure they are not touching (if your fryer is small, cook them in multiples).
- Cook them for 7-8 minutes, turning them after about 4 minutes
- Let them rest for 4-5 minutes before serving
