Ingredients
One 8.5g pack of Jell-O jelly mix
About 7g of gelatine powder
65-80ml of water (depending on whether you prefer them more or less consistent)
Preparation
- 1. Put the Jell-O mix with the gelatin and water in a saucepan over low heat and cook until all the powder has dissolved
- 2. Remove from the heat and use a dropper to fill the ramekins
- 3. Refrigerate for about half an hour
- 4. They are ready to eat!
Very low calories (1 serving of gelatin made with Jell-O has about 10) and almost zero carbohydrates
