Chocolate bars with MCTs
Ingredients for 8 bars of 30g
- 100 g dark chocolate 90%
- 40 g of coconut oil
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon of MCT oil
- 1-2 tablespoons of MCT creamer
- 20 g of pecans
- 20 g of pistachios
- 10 g of sunflower seeds
Preparation
- 1) In a saucepan, melt the chocolate over low heat. Add coconut oil, MCT oil and MCT creamer. Stir until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous then turn off the heat
- 2) Distribute the nuts in the silicone bar mold that you will have placed on a baking tray suitable for going into the refrigerator.
- 3) Pour over the chocolate cream.
- 4) Distribute the sunflower seeds on the surface of the bars.
- 5) Leave to solidify in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- 6) The bars keep for a long time in an airtight container.
