Sucralose 100g - Special Food

100% pure sucralose, zero calories, zero carbohydrates and of course zero sugar. It is an artificial sweetener, my favorite of all. It has a taste very similar to that of sugar and a sweetening power about 600 times greater than sugar. So very little is needed (and this is a feature to take into account when choosing a sweetener). It is suitable for cooking and baking, it does not change with temperature and does not alter the taste of the desserts to which you add it or drinks. If you check the ingredients of the most common zero calorie sugar free products you will find sucralose indicated as a sweetener (flavor drops, zero syrups, etc)

To make you understand its sweetening power, it is enough to know that only 0.07 g of sucralose are needed for a 330 ml can of a soft drink. If we used sugar, we would need about 40 g.
