Damhert's sugar-free shortbread biscuits are really very good, both in the vanilla version and the even more delicious ones with chocolate. They do not contain added sugars, they are sweetened with maltitol therefore in a natural way. Thanks to the replacement of sucrose with maltitol, these shortcrust-like "Es" (in reality they don't have the shape but that's the type of biscuit) have a reduced content of carbohydrates and sugars but they are really good and without the aftertaste that characterizes other sweeteners.
