Ready-to-eat sweet potato rice is really a very convenient ingredient that lends itself to so many preparations. The first time I tasted it, on its own, like risotto, I thought it was real crap but then, glancing on the Fullgreen profile, a world opened up to me!
It can be used as an ingredient in many recipes that call for sweet potatoes, both savory and sweet. In cakes, meatballs... in short, made like rice, I don't recommend it (I prefer cauliflower which has a better texture in my opinion) but if you have a minimum of creativity and like to use sweet potatoes in your recipes, this product is really super.
