Gluten-free low-carb pizza mix Adamo - Adam's Brot

The "Adamo" gluten-free low-carb pizza mix by Adam's Brot allows you to prepare a gluten-free, light pizza base (160kcal per 100g) and with only 0.7g of carbohydrates per 100g in a really easy way, just add water, knead and bake in the oven.

Like the other preparations of this German brand, this one also contains excellent ingredients and unlike the "Avanti" pizza preparation it is also gluten-free, therefore perfect for those who follow a low-carb or ketogenic diet but cannot eat it.

Ingredients

Organic sunflower protein*, golden flax flour*, milk protein, egg white powder, pumpkin seed protein*, bamboo fibre, psyllium fibre, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate, acidifier: glucono-delta -natural lactone, crystalline salt.* (partially de-oiled)

Allergens: milk and eggs. May contain traces of almonds, sesame and peanuts

Instructions

With the contents of the bag you get a pizza base of about 300g

1) Mix the mixture with 200ml of water.
2) Spread the dough on a baking tray covered with baking paper or (better) lightly greased.
3) Cook for 8-10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°.
4) Turn it over (the part you cooked on top will go underneath) garnish it with what you want and put it back in the oven to cook for another 7-10 minutes (depending on the thickness and the toppings)
