Gold 2.0 gluten-free low-carb bread mix - Adam's Brot

The "Gold" gluten-free low card bread in its new formulation 2.0. Slightly varied ingredients. Gold 2.0 is a gluten-free low-carb protein bread mix that in this new version has even fewer carbohydrates (only 1.2g per 100g of ready-to-eat bread), more fiber and an improved texture. Very simple to prepare and does not even require leavening. Suitable for those who follow a diet high in protein but above all low in carbohydrates, even ketogenic.

Ingredients

Golden flax meal* , coconut flour, sunflower seed protein, milk protein concentrate , golden flax seed, pumpkin seed flour, whole egg powder, apple fiber, oat fiber, raising agent: bicarbonate of sodium, antioxidant: ascorbic acid (vitamin C), crystalline pink salt, aromatic herbs. (* partially de-oiled)

Allergens: eggs, almonds and may contain traces of sesame, peanuts and other nuts

Instructions

1) Simply mix the mix with 289ml of water and knead well to form a dough
2) Form a loaf with wet hands and place it directly on the pan covered with a sheet of baking paper and cook in the oven at 160° for 46-50 minutes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
