Instructions

1) Mix the preparation with 230ml of warm water (about 30°) and knead for a couple of minutes
2) Form a ball and put it in a warm place to rise covered with a cloth for about 45 minutes
3) Brush the surface of the bread with water and cook in a preheated convection oven at 160° for about 40 minutes
