No sugar added chocolate mousse mix Sukrin

This preparation for Sukrin chocolate mousse is very easy to prepare and the result is not only delicious but also light (85kcal per portion). Just whip the mixture with 200ml of skimmed milk and let the mousse rest in the fridge for an hour and you will have a chocolate dessert ready to be enjoyed without feeling guilty.

Ingredients 

Sweeteners (erythritol, steviol glycosides), mounting agents (glucose, coconut oil, emulsifier: lactic acid esters of mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, milk proteins, stabilizer: sodium alginate), inulin (fiber of chicory root), low-fat cocoa (15%), thickener: acetylated distarca adipate, flavourings, salt.

Allergens: milk. May contain traces of nuts

Instructions

Just mix the mixture with 2 dl of low-fat milk, whip at full power for 3-5 minutes, then leave to cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

The mousse can also be made with soy milk, oat milk, almond milk, and similar alternatives.
