Paella Dukan has only 149kcal per serving, it is made with a base of konjac rice to which shellfish and prawns have been added as well as some vegetables and saffron. It is a ready-to-eat dish, perfect when you don't have time to cook. The ingredients are varied, we also find (alas) sugar but overall the nutritional values are good, it is satiating and really comfortable in the absence of time to cook.
The Dukan diet is a well-known high-protein diet which favors proteins and complex carbohydrates such as oat bran which has the dual advantage of having a low glycemic index (it does not create glycemic peaks) and a high satiating power. You don't have to follow the Dukan diet anyway (I don't) to appreciate some of the Duakn products that have really great nutritional values and go perfectly with a low carb/sugar free regimen.
