Gluten-free BIO chocolate mug cake - Princess´s München

An exquisite gluten-free and sugar-free chocolate mug cake is very easy to prepare and delicious for young and old. The cup cake is a quick and easy dessert perfect for when you crave cake without having a cake available, in this version of Princess Munchen it is also made with excellent ingredients from organic farming, sweetened with erythritol, gluten-free and vegan. Truly a dessert for everyone, young and old, intolerant or not.

Princess Munchen's blends are born for children, they are easy to use and delicious to eat for the whole family. The ingredients are almost all organic and the sweetener used is erythritol, therefore completely natural and with zero glycemic index. Unfortunately, more and more children suffer from intolerances and diabetes and this line of preparations and foods is specifically designed for them but will certainly be appreciated by the older ones as well.

Instructions

Put the contents of the bag (90g) in a cup with 60ml (6 tablespoons) of water or milk (vegetable) and mix quickly with a fork. Cook in the microwave for approx. 2 minutes at 750 watts.

Advice:

Stir 1 tablespoon of your favorite flavored spread and/or some banana into the mixture before baking. It will be even better.

You can also cook it in a preheated oven at 180°C (ventilated) for about 30-40 minutes.
