Low carb Starter muffins with berries - Feeling Ok

The Feeling Ok berry muffin has an excellent nutritional profile, only 4g of carbohydrates compared to 12g of protein and a high fiber content. This version with berries is finally also available in a single muffin version, ideal for tasting them but also for taking with you for a breakfast/snack away from home. Like all the products in this line (which is no longer called start but + protein) they are designed for those who follow a low-carbohydrate diet, many products can easily be included in a ketogenic and protein diet for sportsmen but most of the products are also suitable for diabetics.
