This gluten-free low-carb cake and pancake (or waffle) mix from Adams Brot allows you to prepare different types of low-carb desserts easily and with excellent results. Instructions
Cake Base: Mix the whole mixture with approx. 420ml of water. Put the dough in a buttered cake tin and bake at 160°C for about 20 minutes.
Pancakes: Mix one serving (35g) with 90ml of water. Immediately pour the batter into a greased skillet and cook on both sides over medium-high heat until golden brown.
Waffles: mix one serving (35 g) with 80 ml of water, pour the batter into a preheated and greased waffle iron and cook over medium heat.
With the contents of the package you get about 340g of cake or muffin
