Chocolate cake mix without added sugar - EASIS

This mix for chocolate cake without added sugar from EASIS allows you to prepare a light cocoa cake quickly and easily. This chocolate cake mix does not contain sugar, it is sweetened with erythritol and inulin which, in addition to (slightly) sweetening, provides a good amount of fiber which helps to make this cake even more satiating as well as with a better consistency. It is a fairly neutral cocoa blend that you can customize to your liking by adding other delicious ingredients such as nuts or by filling it with a cream. A very simple and practical solution, just add water and a little oil.

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl and add 1 ½ dl of water and 4 tablespoons of oil (35 g).

2. Whip the mixture until it is well blended.

3. Cover a 20 diameter springform pan with baking paper or grease it with oil. Pour the dough and level it well.

4. Put the cake in the center of the preheated oven and cook for 15-20 min.

This cake is suitable for freezing in slices.
