Instructions
To prepare a portion of pudding
- 10g of powder
- 100ml (thicker) or 150ml of a liquid of your choice between milk, vegetable milk or water
- sweetener of your choice (10-15g of coconut sugar to give you an idea of the quantity but then of course it depends on your tastes)
Preparation
1) Mix well 20ml of liquid with the mixture until it is completely dissolved and no lumps remain
2) In a saucepan, pour the rest of the liquid and the sweetener you have chosen
3) Put on the fire until it boils and the sweetener has completely dissolved
4) Lower the heat and add the mix of powder and liquid you obtained, mix vigorously until everything is well blended and begins to thicken.
5) Let it cool before consuming it
