A gluten-free, sugar-free and vegan chocolate cake that is easy to prepare. This blend by Princess Munchen allows you to prepare an excellent chocolate cake by simply adding milk, eggs and butter (or vegan alternatives). Proof for novice cooks. There are many characteristics that make this blend exceptional, starting from the ingredients, all organic, to the absence of added sugar, replaced with erythritol to the ease of execution.

Ingredients
Rice flour*, sweetener: erythritol*, cocoa powder* (10%), corn starch*, acidity regulator: potassium tartrate, citric acid, thickener: guar gum, xanthan gum, salt, raising agent: baking soda, natural vanilla flavor.
*From organic farming
Allergens: May contain traces of egg, soy, nuts, mustard and sesame.
Instructions:
You need: the contents of a product sachet (300 g), 125 g of soft or liquid butter, 4 eggs.
- Preheat the oven to 165° (ventilated) or 175° (top and bottom heat) and grease a 26 cm cake tin with oil or butter.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a whisk for 5 minutes until you get a homogeneous mixture
- Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 30 - 40 minutes. (You can check the consistency with a skewer)
- Decorate your cake as you like.

Instructions
1) Whip the mixture (300 g) with 4 eggs, 125 g of butter and 70 ml of milk (even if it is not written on the package) for 5 minutes
2) Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 165 C° (ventilated)
For the VEGAN version: Instead of eggs, simply use 260 g of apple puree or vegetable yoghurt. And also replace the butter and milk with a plant-based alternative.
