BIO gluten-free pancake mix - Princess´s München

This gluten-free pancake mix from Princess Munchen is made with only organic ingredients, vegan and with no added sugar (sweetened with organic erythritol). Preparing excellent pancakes with this mix is ​​really easy, just add milk (vegetable if you want) and water and cook the batter in a non-stick pan. Obviously they can be customized as desired by enriching the dough with flavourings, cocoa or other ingredients to be experimented with.

Princess Munchen's blends are born for children, they are easy to use and delicious to eat for the whole family. The ingredients are almost all organic and the sweetener used is erythritol, therefore completely natural and with zero glycemic index. Instructions

For this you need:

- 100 g of the mixture

-70 ml of milk (vegetable)

-70ml of mineral water

Method:

Mix with a fork or a whisk 100 g of the mixture with 70 ml of milk (vegetable) and 70 ml of mineral water until a homogeneous dough is formed, then fry in a pan with a drizzle of oil until both sides are golden brown .

The extra tip : Half a mashed banana and or a little yoghurt (vegetable) in the dough make it even better
