 Inulin is a natural fiber supplement derived from chicory root, known for its multiple health benefits. Inulin from chicory is a low glycemic index soluble fiber that can be used as a fiber supplement and natural sweetener. It is particularly interesting for diabetics, since it has a mild sweetening power without raising blood sugar levels.
