Light and really delicious, these gnocchi are an excellent alternative to pasta, they have fewer calories and fewer carbohydrates on average, they are perfect with any type of sauce, quick to prepare and above all good in both taste and texture.

Lo Gnocco is a brand that was born in 2014 but the history of this family of gnocchi specialists dates back much earlier. Li Vecchi Santo began churning out delicacies way back in 1958 and since then not only have they never stopped but they have been capable of continuous innovation so much so that they are the first in Italy to have thought of alternative and truly interesting versions of the classic gnocchi (protein, vegan and keto friendly for example).
