Ghee Organic Clarified Butter - Diet Food

Diet Food's organic ghee (clarified butter) is obtained by extracting water and protein from butter so that only the concentrated fat remains. It's great both for cooking and to use instead of butter in the kitchen, it's very concentrated so very little is needed. In addition to being perfect for high temperatures, it is also rich in good nutritional properties, vitamins, antioxidants and obviously fatty acids.

You don't need to put it in the fridge, even once opened it can be kept at room temperature, tightly closed and away from light and heat sources until the expiry date.
