Sugar Free Lemon Jelly - Jell-O

This lemon jelly has very few calories (only 10 per serving) and does not contain carbohydrates or fats. It is very simple to prepare and can be used as an ultra-light dessert or even as an ingredient for other sweets or to make sugar-free gummy candies. Ingredients

Gelatin, adipic acid, maltodextrin (from corn), acidity regulator, disodium phosphate, fumaric acid, aspartame *. Contains less than 2% of ingredients: flavourings, acesulfame potassium, salt, colour, allura red E120 and brilliant blue E133. Contains sweeteners aspartame and acesulfame potassium.

* Contains a source of phenylalanine.

Instructions

1. Prepare 250ml of cold water and 250ml of boiling water.
2. Pour the contents of the sachet into a bowl, pour boiling water and stir until completely dissolved. Add the cold water, mix.
3. Pour into cups or silicone molds and leave 30-90 minutes in the refrigerator to obtain the desired consistency
