Dulcilight sucralose is a granulated sweetener with a taste very similar to sugar and a very low calorie content. It is basically composed of polydextrose (a prebiotic fiber as well as an additive used in this case to recreate the consistency of sugar) and sucralose, one of the most modern artificial sweeteners that has a very similar taste to sugar and a very high sweetening power. This particular composition allows Dulcilight to be very similar to "normal" sugar despite having a reduced caloric intake, in this case you don't have to look at the values per 100g because much less is used and this is the real strength of both the sweetener than sucralose, the very small amount that is enough to sweeten.
