Konzelmann's hazelnut and cocoa cream is really very good, delicious and without sugar, sweetened only with erythritol and stevia. The optimal texture is achieved by using a high fiber count which not only gives it texture but also makes it satiating. In 100g we find only 8.2g of net carbohydrates so very little if we think that we certainly don't eat more than one or two tablespoons.
