Nèo Gourmets 85% dark chocolate contains only 3 ingredients: cocoa beans, cocoa butter and dates as the only sweetener. The use of dates instead of sugar but also of various sweeteners is a perfect choice for those who want to avoid refined sugar but also polyols and prefer the use of this sweet fruit which, in addition to fructose, contains many fibers and minerals. Products sweetened with dates tend to be less sweet and have a lower glycemic index (thanks to the presence of fibers they avoid glycemic peaks).

Nèo Gourmets is a small French company that was born from the project of Gaëlle and David who, after adopting a more natural and refined sugar-free diet themselves, decided to transform their beliefs into a job. Their project was moved by none other than Chef Thierry Marx, very famous in France, specialized in molecular cuisine.
