Ania's artisan biscuits are thin and crunchy like wafers, with no added sugar or sweeteners and in this case flavored with cinnamon. Ania is a well-known artisan bakery in Poland for the production of these particular biscuits made of very few ingredients, without yeast and cooked at high temperatures in order to make them truly like wafers. This type of biscuit/waffle little known by us is instead very widespread in Poland and abroad, the strong point, in addition to the very short and quality ingredients list, is that it does not contain any type of sweetener or sugar which makes it very versatile.
