Vegan Cheesy Seaweed Chips - Abakus

These Vegan Cheese Flavored Nori Seaweed Chips are crunchy, flavorful and really tasty. These are real chips in which the seaweed is covered with a veil of tapioca which makes it crunchy, the cheese taste in this case is given by nutritional yeast (in fact they are vegan). Abakus is one of the most famous companies in Europe for this type of snack and its chips are super healthy, gluten-free, lactose-free and without added sugar as well as, of course, suitable for those who follow a vegan diet.

I got to taste them at the International Food Expo in London this year and I fell in love with them (while I had tasted other seaweed chips previously that didn't convince me much). It is a different snack, light (an 18g portion has just over 100kcal, the seaweed is very light) and with a reduced carbohydrate intake, therefore also suitable for those who follow a low-carb diet.
