Jell-O sugar free lemon pudding mix

Jell-O Lemon Pudding has only 70 kcal per serving and is quick and easy to prepare. Like all the puddings of this American company, the lemon one is also an excellent choice both for those who follow a low-calorie diet but also for those who are trying to cut back on sugar and still don't want to give up something sweet.

You can enjoy the pudding as it comes (very good) or use the preparation as an ingredient for desserts or lemon creams, dosing the addition of milk.

I advise you to use cow's milk for a better result (skimmed milk is fine too) because with the vegetable milks I've tried (soy and almond) it doesn't solidify as well. However, you can try it because the taste remains very good and badly you will have more of a cream than a pudding.

Ingredients 

Modified corn starch, maltodextrin, thickener (sodium pyrophosphate and sodium hydrogen phosphate). Contains less than 2%: natural flavors, salt, calcium sulfate, xanthan gum, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, aspartame and acesulfame potassium (sweeteners), tetra-potassium pyrophosphate, dipotassium phosphate, colors E102 and E110, synthetic colors , preservative E320 .

Contains a source of phenylalanine.

Contains acesulfame potassium and aspartame sweeteners. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.

Preparation

In a bowl, beat the contents of the bag with 500ml of cold milk (not soy, it does not come) with an electric blender. Leave to thicken for about 5 minutes and consume. Even better if left in the fridge for an hour.
