Flasty cinnamon flavoring is a vegan powdered flavoring that has inulin as its first ingredient which in this case, in addition to performing its prebiotic function, makes the dish or dough to which you add the flavoring more satiating. Instructions

Quark/yogurt etc.: Mix one measuring cup (approx. 3 g) with 250-300 g quark and 30 ml water/mineral water/milk etc.

Protein Powder: Mix one scoop (approximately 4g) with 30g of protein powder in 300ml of water/milk.

But the dosages are indicative, it depends on your tastes. You can use your Flasty for all kinds of sweet, raw or cooked preparations and dishes.
