Mini hazelnut biscuits with chocolate flakes, gluten-free and refined sugar-free. These delicious biscuits are made with few, excellent ingredients from organic farming and the sugar has been completely replaced with dates and coconut sugar, therefore natural and unrefined alternatives. Although the caloric intake of coconut sugar is the same as that of sugar, the advantage of coconut sugar (which tastes similar to cane sugar) is that having a certain amount of prebiotic fibers (inulin) it has a lower glycemic index. All these features make Rookies mini cookies suitable for young and old.
