Happy Bolognaise dietetic ready dish - LIV

LIV's konjac spaghetti seasoned with a light beef ragout have only 235kcal and are ready immediately, just heat them for a moment in the microwave or sauté them in a pan. This ready-to-eat diet dish uses konjac paste with its very few calories to obtain a mouth-watering first course but at the same time suitable for those following a low-calorie diet. The konjac paste by itself does not taste like anything but has the great gift of taking on the taste of the sauce with which it is seasoned and in this case the result is good and really low in calories. For an even more complete dish, the suggestion is to add a little minced meat to increase the amount of protein.

Spaghetti Konjac 43.4% (water, tapioca flour, konjac flour 3%, locust bean gum, beta carotene), tomato purée 22.6%, beef 11.5%, onions, carrots, double concentrate tomato 2.8%, white wine, Parmesan AOP 2.2%, sunflower oil, potato starch, basil, salt, water, garlic, oregano, Provençal herbs, smoked paprika, pepper.

Instructions

In the microwave: pierce the film and heat for 3/4 min at 700 Watts

In a pan: heat for 5 minutes over medium heat.

After opening, keep it in the refrigerator for 2 days at 4°C.
