Organic chocolate chips with coconut sugar - Max de Genie

Max de Genie Organic Chocolate Chips are made from just three ingredients: cocoa mass, cocoa butter, and coconut blossom sugars instead of regular sugar. Coconut blossom sugar is an excellent 100% natural alternative to common sugar, as it tastes and looks like brown sugar but it is much better. Not so much in terms of taste (in that they are similar) as on the nutritional front. Coconut sugar is an unrefined sugar that retains a part of fiber, thanks to this characteristic it has a lower glycemic index and is considered a better alternative to normal sugar especially for those looking for a totally natural sweetener, which does not have side effects typical, for example, of polyols, and with a reduced glycemic index.
