Low Carb Pizza Mix - Adam's Brot

The pizza base prepared with this mixture of Adam's Brot provides only 2.7g of carbohydrates per 100g and is therefore an excellent choice for those who follow a low-carb or ketogenic diet but given the considerable amount of protein (38g) it is certainly an excellent choice also for sportsmen.

The Adam's Brot "Avanti" preparation is made from excellent ingredients and is really easy to use, you just need to add water, if desired a spoonful of EVO oil and follow the simple instructions on the package.

Ingredients

Wheat protein, milk protein, golden flax *, oat fiber, bamboo fiber, yeast, crystalline salt.

*(partially de-oiled)

Allergens: Contains gluten. May contain traces of sesame.

Instructions

1) Mix the mixture with 180ml of water (for an even better result you can also add a spoonful of oil)
2) Dust the surface with a little bamboo fiber then roll out the dough to the desired thickness
3) Place the base in a baking tray sprayed with cooking spray and let rise for 30 minutes in a warm place
4) Garnish the base as you prefer and cook the pizza in the oven at 180° for about 15 minutes (if you like it crunchier, I suggest you put the base first in the oven without the garnish and then finish cooking by garnishing it with what you prefer

With the contents of the package you get a pizza base of about 30cm in diameter.
