The NoCarb cocoa low-carb cake mix allows you to obtain a cake with only 0.5g of carbohydrates per serving, it is not only sugar-free, it is also gluten-free, soy-free and lactose-free. It is a mixture with the excellent characteristic (in my opinion) of not being sweetened so as to allow everyone to add the sweetener they prefer in the doses they prefer. In this mix we can observe the use of cocoa fiber instead of real cocoa, this substitution allows to flavor the compound with a very limited carbohydrate intake. It is not a finished mixture, the eggs and oil (in short, a fat) must be added in addition to the sweetener but the procedure is then very simple and within everyone's reach (you can find it in the "Instructions" tab)

    Instructions

    Recommended recipe:

    • 5 large eggs (approx. 300 g)
    • 30ml light oil (neutral)
    • 1 packet of cake mix (80g)
    • Sweetener 120g (or to taste).

    Separate the eggs, add 2 tablespoons of sweetener to the yolks, mix until smooth, then add the oil.

    Add the rest of the sweetener to the egg white and whisk until stiff.

    Add the cake mix to the yolk cream, mix well and then gently fold in the whipped egg white in an up and down motion.

    Pour the batter into a tray and place it in the preheated oven (180°C). Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
