Sugar-free berry cake - Diablo

Diablo's sugar-free cake with berry filling is ready to eat, sugar-free and with a reduced calorie intake. It is a sort of large plum cake filled with jam that can be easily portioned (taking care to put the remainder in an airtight container or in any case not in contact with the air). Diablo is one of the first and best known British brands to dedicate an entire production line to sugar-free products. It was created with the intention of allowing diabetics to indulge in some delicacies but in reality it offers many sugar-free products that have little to envy to related "normal" versions.

Wheat flour, 25% berry filling (water, apples (contains vitamin C (ascorbic acid)), sweeteners (maltitol syrup, sorbitol, glycerin), blueberries, aronia, fiber, modified corn starch, pectin, acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium citrate), preservative: potassium sorbate, firming agent: calcium phosphate, flavourings), eggs, water, sweeteners (maltitol, acesulfame K), soybean oil, fiber (inulin, cellulose) , humectant: glycerol, maltodextrin, E1414, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, sodium pyrophosphate), acidity regulator: citric acid, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, stabilizer: xanthan gum, preservatives (sorbic acid, propionate calcium), salt, flavourings, antioxidant: E321.

Allergens: Contains egg, gluten (wheat) and soy. May contain traces of sesame, almonds and nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, coconut, pistachios, almonds, cashews).
