Ghee Butter spray - Fratelli Mantova

Sprayleggero's spray ghee allows you to make the most of the exceptional characteristics of ghee or clarified butter, if you prefer. In reality, this from Fratelli Mantova is a condiment made from sunflower oil and concentrated butter (they had to make it liquid at room temperature to be sprayed) so it was certainly designed more for cooking than for raw consumption.

Among the many advantages of ghee we find in fact the very high smoke point (it is not for nothing that clarified butter is traditionally used to fry Milanese cutlet for example) which prevents the dishes from burning and at the same time from cooking well inside. The special technology patented by Fratelli Mantova allows you to use very little to grease a pot or season a dish to be put in the oven. The double advantage is to save product but also to use less saving calories, in fact, a spray provides only 12 kcal.

The lactose content is less than 0.01% and is therefore also suitable for those who do not tolerate this allergen well.
