Inka soluble cereal coffee is certified gluten-free, an excellent alternative to caffeine-free coffee (you can also drink it in the evening) which has the extraordinary characteristic of being based on barley and rye, but without all gluten. In the manufacturing process, gluten, as a water-insoluble part of the cereal grain, is separated and removed. The mixture is every time checked and certified by the Polish Association of People with Celiac Disease.
