Happy Sour vegan gummy candies - Food2Smile

These "sour" (sour) gummy sugar-free candies are delicious and have very few calories, only 97kcal per 100g. Food2smile has studied a mix of fibers (polydextrose) and natural sweeteners that make them as good as the "normal" ones but really much less calories and with fewer carbohydrates. Just be careful not to overdo it because between fibers and sweeteners they can have a laxative effect.

Food2Smile is one of the best-known brands in the Netherlands for sugar-free snacks, their philosophy is to create products that do not contain sugar but are just as good as the "real" ones and, in my opinion, they do it very well.

Ingredients

Polydextrose, sweetener: maltitol <10%, steviol glycosides, gelling agent: pectin, natural flavourings, acidifier: citric acid and malic acid, sodium malate, acidity regulator: sodium citrate, safflower and spirulina concentrate, black carrot concentrate.

It can have a laxative effect if consumed in excess. Store in a cool, dry place.
