Rossobrini blueberries and red fruits without added sugar - SZ

Rossobrini are delicious sugar-free biscuit dough strudels filled with red fruits. It is the "red" version of the most famous SZ apple strudels, also without added sugar and sweetened with maltitol. Thanks to the use of maltitol instead of sugar, these are biscuits with a reduced intake of calories and sugar but really delicious and without strange aftertastes (maltitol tastes very similar to sugar).

SZ (sugar free) was one of the historical Italian brands for sweets without sugar (added). Flours (wheat, whole wheat), fruit filling 28% (sweetener: maltitol syrup, cranberries 14%, strawberries 7%, red currants 7%, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavourings), sweeteners: maltitol and maltitol syrup, sunflower oil, carrot juice, potato starch, inulin fiber, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavourings, salt, raising agents: sodium hydrogen carbonate and ammonium hydrogen carbonate, zinc gluconate (zinc 4.3 mg in 100 g of product), antioxidant: extract rich in tocopherol, sodium selenite (selenium 24 μg in 100 g of product).
