Whole wheat flour; sweetener: maltitol; vegetable margarine (non hydrogenated palm fat, water; acidity regulator: citric acid), barley flour 2%, corn flour 2%, spelled flour 2%, wheat flour 2%, broad bean curd 1%, pea flour 1%, potato starch, wheat starch; raising agents: disdium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate; salt, flavourings.
