Tomato and mozzarella protein pie
Ingredients for one serving (one pie)
- 100ml of liquid egg white (contained in the box)
- 20g of cherry tomatoes
- 15g of light mozzarella
- 10g of spring onions cut into rings
- 1 teaspoon of mixed spices (contained in the box)
- mold for protein pie (contained in the box)
- a few basil leaves to garnish
Preparation
1. Wash the mold with cold water.
2. Pour the egg white into the mold.
3. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and mix with the chopped or small cubes of mozzarella, the spring onion rings and the spices then pour into the mold and mix well with the egg white.
4. a) In the microwave option 1 : cook at 900 watts for 2 minutes.
b) In the microwave option 2: cook at 360 watts for 4 minutes.
c) In the oven: Put in the oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
5. Remove the mold from the microwave and arrange the patty on a plate.
Garnish with fresh basil. Enjoy your meal!
