A real concentrate of energy ready in five minutes, this sugar-free and lactose-free smoothie as well as being delicious has excellent satiating power. Perfect for a healthy breakfast or a snack, it is also suitable for those who follow a vegan diet.
Ingredients for a smoothie:
- 250ml of oat milk (or other vegetable)
- 50g of frozen blueberries
- 1 teaspoon sweetener of your choice (preferably liquid)
- 1 tablespoon of gluten-free oat bran
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds (or hemp hearts if you can find them)
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
Method:
Blend everything in the food processor and drink it immediately or put it in a suitable container and take it with you to the beach ;-)
