Purple Chia Seed Smoothie

A very delicious and equally healthy smoothie with blueberries and the addition of chia seeds . It does not contain dairy products and is therefore suitable for those suffering from lactose intolerance and those who follow a vegan and sugar-free diet.

Ingredients for 4 smoothies:

  • 100g of frozen blueberries
  • 285g of vegetable yogurt (not zero fat)
  • 296g of coconut cream (thick can or full fat coconut milk)
  • 250ml unsweetened almond or cashew milk
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons liquid sweetener (this depends on the sweetener you use)

Preparation :

  1. Blend everything together until it is well homogeneous
  2. Serve by dividing into 4 large glasses

Each smoothie :
249 calories | 21g Fat  | 7.7g Net Carbs | 6.2g Protein
