Moringa, beneficial properties and health risks

Moringa oleifera is a plant native to India where it has been used in traditional medicine for hundreds of years for its antiviral, antidepressant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Contains many healthful compounds including vitamins A, B1, B2, B3 and B6, folate and ascorbic acid (vitamin C), calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and zinc. It has very little fat and no cholesterol.

What are the main health benefits ?
